How You Can Buy Fabrics
These fabrics are all 90” wide, a delightful poly-cotton blend that is so soft, the fabrics feel like they’re all cotton. They are not made in Madagascar, I suspect they are made somewhere in Asia and imported here. I have been using these fabrics to make bed linens for myself and my orphanage kids for several years, and the fabrics get softer with each washing, they are a dream to sleep on. No, I don’t know the thread count.
Each meter of fabric you buy helps provide much needed support for the ever growing list of support we are providing around Mahajanga, and your donations are tax deductible in the United States.
COST: $20 USD/meter, a three-meter minimum per order — and postage is included.
COMPARING THE PRICE OF THESE 90” WIDE FABRICS SOLD BY THE METER, TO 45” WIDE FABRICS SOLD BY THE YARD – These fabrics are twice as wide as fabrics you can buy in the States, and a meter is just over 3” longer than a yard, so $20 USD/ meter for 90” wide fabrics EQUALS $9.14 USD/yard for 45” wide fabrics. AND SHIPPING IS INCLUDED!
You may mix and match fabrics any way you like, with a one-meter minimum per pattern, but no halfsies.
